Dewees HVAC has been the best heating and air service company I have had work on my home. I had a long term services with other competitors and had some inconsistencies. But my relationship with Joshua Dewees and his HVAC team has been great. He is loyal and honest. Always explains and gives great suggestions, not just trying to sell you an upgrade. He has been keeping my unit running well even though it is older. I appreciate good, hard working and honest repair professionals and that is what I get from the Dewees HVAC team. Do yourself a favor call them yourself. Good people doing great service.
The AC went out at my business in Little Rock in the middle of summer. I called in the afternoon and Dewees HVAC was there first thing the next morning. We are 30 miles from them! We were up and running again before most people got to the office. Thank you guys for amazing, prompt service!
Been a long time customer and have a service contract with them. They maintain our heating and cooling units and make sure we're warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Josh will personally come and handle anything that needs to be handled in a timely fashion. True 5 Star service!!!
I've know josh for many years, his work goes above and beyond the standards of today. He's a veteran who loves his community and stands by his word 100%!
I am currently deployed overseas. Of course, the AC unit decides to have issues and stop working. My beautiful wife decides to ask around and see who is recommended, as you would. Dewees HVAC came highly recommended. She called and with in no time at all he was there to assess our situation. The AC was old and was not in warrenty. We needed a new one.
Josh returned with a new AC and a team to install it. By the time my wife returned home from work, the house was at the perfect temperature and I didn't need to stress anymore.
I read a quick bio on facebook and learned that Josh is a retired veteran and a standout in his community, his family gives back at any chance they can. I highly recommend Dewees HVAC. Support your local community and veterans.
Josh and his crew are awesome. Always prompt and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is exactly as it should be.
I can't say enough good about Josh and this company. Our AC went out a couple years ago and I called a big named company in Conway. They sent out a guy and quoted around $6,500 for what we needed. I started asking friends of someone else I could call and someone gave me Josh's number. Josh took care of us for less than half of the other company. Since then they've taken awesome care of us with any issues and they offer us a great regular maintenance service as well. I highly recommend Dewees!!!

Top notch excellent service. I've used Dewees HVAC for 4 yrs now. For both my home and recommended to many others. They went above and beyond when my A/C went out. Even willing to go back to the shop and get a window unit to let me use until the new system could be put in. They are always prompt and on time, and if something comes up and they have to change a scheduled time, they have the common decency to call and let you know.
Josh and his crew are simply amazing. They are courteous, on time, intelligent and trustworthy. These traits are reflective of the owner and his core principles for his business and life. You will NOT find a better group of hard working men and women in Faulkner County than this crew! Not to mention it's veteran owned! Amazing company
