Here's the timeline of events beginning Labor Day 2022:
4:00 pm lightening knocks the power out at my house
6:30 pm power is restored, by 7:00 I realized my outside A/C unit wasn't running.
7:00 am the next morning I called DeWees HVAC
10:30 am the technician (Jarrod) arrives.
1:00 pm my A/C is repaired with the part covered under warranty.
Total time without HVAC 21 hours, but the A/C was repaired 6 hours after my first call, that's fast folks. I should have called yesterday! Josh and his crew are doing great work.

Extreme heat, and Dewees was out the same day, and the tech had what he needed to repair my AC.
I absolutely LOVE them. They are the only place around that we trust with our stuff not to mention how wonderful they all are. I have not one bad thing to say about them which is why we use them time and time again. Not to mention how easy and fun it is just to talk to them! A really great company, great prices, and great people <3

Jerrod, our Dewees technician serviced our HVAC this morning. He was on time, spent the time necessary, and was very polite. He helped me adjust the settings on the thermostat as well. We are very pleased with our HVAC and the great service Dewees provides.
Wow wow wow. I don't think I have the words to describe how exceptional our experience was. They are extremely professional(office staff and the workers who installed our system — Austin, Colton, and whoever the woman was), they were very knowledgeable, got our system installation scheduled and installed in a timely manner, and they kept us up to date on everything that was happening. I'm so glad we found a company that actually cares about their customers and who are honest, especially after what we went through in the past. Thank y'all so very much!
Great people great service reasonable prices quick and professional service
There aren't enough words to describe just how amazing this company is. Josh has built a company where customer service is their #1 priority. That's a rare thing to see nowadays. Not only is Josh great to work with but his team is top notch. I can't count how many times Lori and James came to our rescue and how appreciative I am for that. And then earlier this year when we had to replace our 30 year old units how professional and attentive Austin and Colton were during the two day installation. If you're looking for a company that values their customers, provides excellent service and truly wants what's best for you then you need Dewees HVAC in your life.
