I just want to say that god has truly blessed me in having Josh Dewees become not only my heat and air person but the service he gives is professional and also has become part of my family! I have called him at 20 degrees with no heat and freezing on a Saturday and he had me up and going working within hours! I have called him at 100 degrees and he has been there! I want to say that I have become there family in the office and out of the office! His staff is wonderful and always treat you with respect and make you feel they are taking care of just one person YOU! I can't say enough about his work ethics and what he presents as a person I know I can trust! If you are looking for someone to just fix your problem and it's not important to you to have this kind of person then Josh is not the person you are looking for. If you want someone to become someone who takes great care of your needs then give them a call, you will be very pleased with this company and everyone that represents it! Thank you Josh for being my dependable and professional on call guy! You make me proud to know that there are still people that want to be the best and have hard working ethics!
I recently hired Dewees to install a new ac unit for my parents. They were very knowledgeable and prompt. I got 3 quotes and they were the best price. We are very pleased with their work and I highly recommend for all you HVAC needs.

Joshua Dewees the owner of Dewees HVAC is dedicated to building the most customer focused heating and air conditioning service business in the Conway area and I can personally testify to his commitment. He has personally shown up to rescue me and countless friends of mine in their most desperate time of either freezing or burning up due to their hvac system quitting. He runs his business with extremely high integrity and has served his country at the highest levels. For those posting false negative reviews on Google, shame on you and just remember, you always reap what you sow.
Dewees HVAC has been the best heating and air service company I have had work on my home. I had a long term services with other competitors and had some inconsistencies. But my relationship with Joshua Dewees and his HVAC team has been great. He is loyal and honest. Always explains and gives great suggestions, not just trying to sell you an upgrade. He has been keeping my unit running well even though it is older. I appreciate good, hard working and honest repair professionals and that is what I get from the Dewees HVAC team. Do yourself a favor call them yourself. Good people doing great service.
The AC went out at my business in Little Rock in the middle of summer. I called in the afternoon and Dewees HVAC was there first thing the next morning. We are 30 miles from them! We were up and running again before most people got to the office. Thank you guys for amazing, prompt service!
Been a long time customer and have a service contract with them. They maintain our heating and cooling units and make sure we're warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Josh will personally come and handle anything that needs to be handled in a timely fashion. True 5 Star service!!!

I am currently deployed overseas. Of course, the AC unit decides to have issues and stop working. My beautiful wife decides to ask around and see who is recommended, as you would. Dewees HVAC came highly recommended. She called and with in no time at all he was there to assess our situation. The AC was old and was not in warrenty. We needed a new one.
Josh returned with a new AC and a team to install it. By the time my wife returned home from work, the house was at the perfect temperature and I didn't need to stress anymore.
