They were very quick to get technicians out. The technicians were professional and efficient. There was a slight miscommunication and they worked with me to resolve it. Definitely saving their number for when I can afford a maintenance plan.

We had a unit go out today. (On a holiday of course) and Dewees HVAC was to us less than an hour from when we left a message. The problem was fixed less than an hour from that. We signed up for an annual service contract because of that level of service. I can't recommend Dewees enough!

These guys are the REAL deal when it comes to customer service. I have had the pleasure of meeting or speaking with Joshua, Alicia, Kelly, Lori, Austin, James, & Jerrod and they have all been professional, polite, friendly, punctual and helpful. Our system went out and Joshua and his team got right on finding us our new system and had it ordered. It came in while we were on vacation and they communicated and had it installed before we got back. Coming home to a nice cool home meant so much to us! From start to finish Joshua and his team made a stressful situation so easy for us! They took care of registering our system and any rebates. They do all the leg work for you! Thanks Dewees HVAC! You guys have made customers for life! ????
I have to leave a glowing review. My mother has used dewee's for years and has them coming out to my house for some maintenance. She injured herself and needed to reschedule due to a dr's appointment.
I walked out while she had the lady on speaker. Whoever was on the phone was super sweet to my mom about rescheduling on such short notice. But then my mom told her she was injured and this lady so sincerely asked my mom if she needed anything ????
It just warmed my heart that this lady so sincerely cared about my mom's well being rather than just being another paying customer. The whole telephone interaction was so sweet!
Outstanding employee's and service
I utilized Angie's list for the first time ever and within 30 minutes, I had a call from Dewees HVAC. They had a service tech out (Mike—great guy) within 30-45 minutes and heater was back in operation before he left. Mike did a great job of explaining the issue and was personable and professional. Cost was reasonable. Will use them again in the future!!
