Dewees HVAC is THE BEST!! They worked tirelessly today to insure my parents A/C was back in working order. Because my parents cannot go without due to health reasons, if they were unable to fix today, they were going to bring us a few window units to get them through the weekend. They were so kind and cheerful throughout. I HIGHLY recommend Dewees for all your HVAC needs!!
First and foremost, in my opinion, is that they are a group of really good people with big hearts, and they promise to keep working until it's right. Secondly, they do a great job! Thirdly, they are there for you afterwards, if anything comes up as a problem. They will fix it! They're always courteous, both on the phone and in person! I am certain that they have my back. It's not very often that you engage with a business, and end up feeling like you're all part of one big family! So yes, I definitely recommend them!
We had been having trouble with our unit for some time, after realizing it would be too difficult to DIY. We called Dewees and they came out almost immediately! They found the problem on a Friday, got the part we needed and fixed our unit the following Monday! They were so kind and took great care in getting the problem resolved quickly! So thankful that they also service Cabot! We are happy to have found "OUR" HVAC company!

I inherited ductwork that was a mess and not properly installed, with both upstairs downstairs units nearly 20 years old. Josh and his team came out and completely restructured the ducts so as to get maximum air flow, replaced both units, service like clockwork, and saved me a ton of $!!!!!! Could not have asked for more!!!!! They deserve their number one ranking!!!!!!
Excellent customer service with very knowledgeable employees. We had a mini split installed by them and was extremely impressed with their planning methods and attention to detail. Great job Josh!
Came out on Sunday night
They replaced my system last week and did a great job at good price an their workmen were so polite an nice. They were very careful about cleaning their feet when coming an going outside. I so appreciate that!! I would give them a 5 star recommendation!!
Definitely recommend! Solid company that is owned and operated by a military veteran who is committed to the highest level of service and ethics. Oh and they have some pretty cool company t-shirts.
If you're looking for a company that will put your interests first, who will show up on time, bill you fairly, and treat you with respect, then look no further than Dewees HVAC! As a property manager, they've really reduced my headache this summer by fixing units at our recently acquired properties, and existing ones. I can trust them that they'll be respectful to my tenants, and can get the job done right every time.
