I came home from work to find my AC not working, this company quickly got me on the books. Jarrod was quick to troubleshoot and repair the issue, very polite and professional. I highly recommend!
To say I am pleased is an understatement! One call to Dewees and I was immediately in line for service the same day. Jarrod arrived and quickly identified and repaired the AC issue. He explained the issue, repair, and prevention. Very polite, professional, and quick. After just a few hours of no AC, he had the cold air flowing again! Thank you. We had a new system put in February 2020. Joshua was very thorough with his estimate. Out of 4 companies to give us quotes, Joshua was the only one who looked at our ductwork. There were no extra, "oh by the way, we forgot...." Estimate was very good. Showed up to do the job as scheduled. Very professional and considerate of our home. Just last night, we were having issues after hours. I messaged the company with the issue. They could have very easily said call back Monday to schedule a service call. But, Joshua diagnosed the problem and within an hour, our system was up and running. I would recommend Dewees HVAC to anybody.

Our AC went out on 4th of July!! Another 'household name' AC place said we needed the whole unit replaced for a cool $7k. We got a second opinion from Dewees. They found the source of the problem and repaired it for $700. They have been coming for our yearly preventative plan ever since and keeping our unit in great shape! We appreciate their honesty, hard work, and excellent customer service and will always be customers as long as we live in Central AR.
Oh, did I mention they had window units ready to loan to us in the event they couldn't fix our AC on the spot? They were prepared to make us comfortable if we had to wait. I'm not sure I know of another local HVAC company that offers that kind of customer service.

Could not be happier with this company. Our unit was very old and with extremely cold weather on the way, we needed a new hvac system. The installers were at our home within 24 hours to complete the install. The entire team was polite, professional, and courteous as possible due to us having a newborn in our home. Thankful for these guys and we will reach out again when we need them.
