The crew installed a great unit and was very helpful with selecting what we needed to meet our needs!
They were very quick to get technicians out. The technicians were professional and efficient. There was a slight miscommunication and they worked with me to resolve it. Definitely saving their number for when I can afford a maintenance plan.

Outstanding employee's and service
I utilized Angie's list for the first time ever and within 30 minutes, I had a call from Dewees HVAC. They had a service tech out (Mike—great guy) within 30-45 minutes and heater was back in operation before he left. Mike did a great job of explaining the issue and was personable and professional. Cost was reasonable. Will use them again in the future!!
I initially called Dewees after talking to a few other companies in town and their customer service and their genuine want to help was clear. They came out to repair my heat pump which ended up having a larger issues. I ended up purchasing a whole new unit from them and could not be happier. The owner Josh is nothing but helpful, kind, and makes sure everything is done to the highest standard. The general manager Lori is awesome and makes you feel super comfortable and takes care of everything timely and efficiently. The crew that came out to do the install was very professional and respectful. Wish I could give more than five stars.
Our outside unit went out (17 years old), and we called one company to look at replacing it. We were scared they were gonna take us to the cleaners on the quote ... and sure enough, that company was going to "take care of that"... (you should know who I'm talking about)... they were trying to add in widening the original return, add a 2nd return, and other stuff - none of which were needed.
We then called Dewees HVAC, Joshua came out the same day... tested our inside & outside units, talked us through what was wrong. (The other company had 2 different techs tell us 2 contradicting things about our system on 2 different occasions, on top of quoting an outrageous amount of money for a replacement)
Joshua gave us a quote on fixing our existing system. Our system being 17 years old, he also quoted a new system, at a GREAT price! And the Dewees crew was at my house the next day. 4 hours later, we had a complete new system.
The Dewees install crew were very friendly, very knowledgeable, efficient, high quality work, and talked me through every step of the install.
Here's the kicker: CUSTOMER SERVICE! The day after the install, Dewees contacted me about a follow up visit, for quality assurance... to review the installation and make sure we were satisfied. I was amazed at them following up like that!
Dewees came back out (no cost), reviewed the install of the outside & inside units, and talked through everything with us again.
And Laurie at the Dewees office was great, keeping us updated by phone & text, throughout the process and follow up.
Our new system heats & cools great (Arkansas weather), and it's so much more quiet than our old system we initially thought something might be wrong! (there wasn't)
Don't let yourself get ripped off by a company with a name that might be more familiar. Do yourself a favor and call Dewees HVAC and get great quality & awesome customer service, at a better price!
Josh Dewees and his crew are professional, on time, and able to do what they quote. Being a Former Marine, you can tell Josh values these traits and his team exudes these qualities as well. In our past house, Dewees HVAC performed all of our HVAC preventive maintenance and we never had any issues. Recently, we built a new house and there was only one choice in our mind when choosing an HVAC contractor. Dewees HVAC was the easiest contractor to deal with and delivered exactly what we expected. Might sound trivial but so many other trades did not live up to that standard or even come close for a few of them. I 100% recommend Dewees HVAC for any HVAC needs you have. They'll get it done right the first time!
Dewees HVAC is THE BEST!! They worked tirelessly today to insure my parents A/C was back in working order. Because my parents cannot go without due to health reasons, if they were unable to fix today, they were going to bring us a few window units to get them through the weekend. They were so kind and cheerful throughout. I HIGHLY recommend Dewees for all your HVAC needs!!
