I can't say enough good things about Dewees HVAC! Our AC went out on a Friday afternoon, right before one of the hottest weekends of the year, and I was worried we'd be without air conditioning for days. Matt came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had everything repaired in no time.
He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain what was wrong without trying to upsell anything. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.
I'm incredibly grateful that he got us back up and running before the weekend. If you're looking for dependable HVAC service, I highly recommend Dewees HVAC—especially Matt. Thank you for saving us from a miserable, hot weekend!

They showed up, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got everything working again. Their professionalism was outstanding from start to finish.
I especially appreciated their technology. They kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know exactly when the technician would arrive. I even received a text with the technician's picture, so I knew who to expect. No more waiting around all day wondering when the A/C company will show up.

We recently had our whole HVAC unit changed out. We've been living the cold dream ???? ever since. The complete experience from the seasonal check-up that caught the issue, to the consultation meeting, to the instillation, and finally to the texts/follow-ups has been nothing short of amazing. Joshua, the owner, was great to work with. He was up front and honest, as was his team and office staff. They all made the transition as smooth as possible. In addition to the great service and install we received, Dewees HVAC is veteran-owned and we are here to say that Joshua is an upstanding man. Kaleb was prompt, courteous, and professional. He found our problem, fixed it quickly, and did not charge us an exorbitant fee since it was a very easy fix. I signed up for the maintenance program before he left and he went ahead and completed our first maintenance right away. Wonderful service from Kaleb.
